Estimator

Seeking Estimator/Project Manager experienced in roofing, siding and sheet metal products.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of roofing, siding and sheet metal project estimation including review for accuracy of estimation before project bid submission
• Use of estimating software to organize, schedule and track bids
• Stay informed on new roofing, siding and sheet metal products and installation guidelines
• Complete submittal documents, process and handle all RFIs
• Communicate effectively with clients through the bid process

Requirements:

• At least two years of estimating experience required
• Knowledge of roofing, siding and sheet metal products required
• BS/BA preferred but not required
• Must have experience with ON-Screen takeoff, Timberline or another estimating software
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to climb ladders/access roof as needed
